Registration:
Registration opens at 6:15am.....Early so we can make the most of the tide - (no entries will be taken on the day)

We will run a registration at the Kohimarama Yacht Club on Friday 8th March evening from 4:30pm to 7:00pm for any paddlers wishing to complete their registration and pick up their race packs before saturday.

This is recommended for women as the women's race starts very early on Saturday due to the tides.
Note: this is not an opportunity to enter. Entries close on Wednesday 6h March

Can we ask for Men to hold back from rego on Saturday morning until we can get all the women registered. There will be plenty of time for men to register once the women are racing.  So blokes... please drop your Va'a off and go and have a coffee while the women get registered and sorted for their race.

At Registration you will collect your entry pack that will include your race number (To go on front RIGHT of Canoe) & Race Shirt (The race shirt must be worn during the race)

Waiver:
Before getting your Rego Pack you will need to sign a waiver (At the bottom of the page is a copy of the waiver ....print it off and bring it with you if you wish to save some time on the day.)

Safety Check
Once you have your pack, you will find inside a Safety Check form.....Get your safety check done by one of our volunteers in a fluro vest and they will collect the form off you when complete.

Tide:
The Tide is high early this year -  we will do the best we can to ensure that your race is still enjoyable and fair. Please help us by being organised so we can start the races on time.

High Tide = 10:23am

Payment:
If you have not paid yet , can you please deposit entry payment into the bank account details provided on your entry invoice. It will make things much faster on Saturday if we do not need to collect entry money. We will have eftpos available on Saturday for those that need to pay on the day.
You can also pay via Credit Card/ Paypal
